Embedded UI overview In development

Who this is for: teams planning their admin and user-facing management surfaces.

SaaSLayer ships two kinds of UI on one foundation:

Admin Console

The full RBAC/admin UI for Customer Admins: members, roles, assignments, API keys, audit, access requests. Deployed per Instance, so each Customer's admins manage their own world. Available hosted or embedded in your product via iframe.

Embedded Widgets

Themeable components for End Users, mounted inside the Customer's product. The first widget is the org switcher; the roadmap covers members lists, role assignment, API key management, access requests, and effective-permission views ("what can this user do?").

How it's built

Everything sits on a headless SDK: the data and state layer with no rendering opinion. Widgets use a vanilla imperative mount API — the rendering stack lives inside the widget and never leaks styles onto your page:

import { mountOrgSwitcher } from '@saaslayer/embed'

mountOrgSwitcher(document.getElementById('org'), {
  apiBase,
  token,
  colorScheme: 'auto',
})

Theming is tiered: sensible defaults, token overrides, or full CSS control. The same components power the Admin Console and the widgets, so behavior stays consistent across surfaces.
